Title:	外資引進對我國股價、匯率影響之研究

Abstract:	在我國推動金融自由化、國際化及規劃台灣成為亞太金融中心之既定政策下，引進外資投資國內證券，以落實證券市場國際化是其中重要的一環，本研究主要目的在探討引進外資至今，對股價及匯率之影響。包括國內外股市相關性、股價波動性、從效率市場假說探討外資超額報酬，及外資匯出入對匯率波動之影響。　　本研究以相關係數及迴歸式檢定相關性及波動性，再分別以夏普、崔諾、簡森及評價比率四種方法評估外資是否有超額報酬。　　實證結果顯示，外資淨匯入金額的多寡並不影響台灣股市與國際股市的相關性，外資持股比例的高低也不影響個股對國際股市的敏感性，在波動性方面，大盤的變異數在外資進入後有明顯下降，但個股則不明顯，而外資持股比例較高的個股會有超額報酬，在匯率方面，到目前為止，外資的匯出入尚未造成匯率的大幅波動。
