    Abstract: 　 在百業蕭條的今日，蓬勃發展的高科技產業更被視為台灣經濟成長的希望。但高科技產業環境變化迅速卻使得廠商必須承受更大的競爭壓力。如何因應環境變化，已成為高科技產業廠商的重要經營課題，而組織學習能力正是企業能否順利因應的重要關鍵之一。本研究目的在於瞭解廠商因應環境不確定性時所需的各種能耐，同時探索回應能耐與組織學習類型之關聯。本研究共訪問七家資訊電子業、半導體業領導廠商，記錄38件廠商成功因應環境不確定事件的過程。比較各家廠商在回應過程中所使用的各種資源、回應能耐、回應策略及所採行的組織學習類型後，獲得下列命題。
