    Abstract: 本文主要藉由Lancaster(1996)所提出之消費者之消費行為為理論、認為消費者對物品偏好來自其屬性需求,基於此觀念,導引出本研究之課題:「社麼樣的人會住在什麼樣的住宅」,探究「著者適其屋」中之各型居住者,如何在眾多住宅單元中選擇合適之住宅單元;利用1980與1990普查資料之實證已澄清此課題,同時尋求這十年間之變遷情形,並探求現象之形成輯變遷背後可能之原因。
