Title:	台灣地區上市公司股票評價模式之研究--以食品業為例

Abstract:	本文以食品業上市公司為樣本，研究期間至民國七十年至民國八十五年為止，探討普通股票之實質價值。本文首先尋找食品業之最佳股票評價模式，使用樣本為卜蜂等十家公司；按著利用複迴歸，尋找公司成長率之解釋因素，使用的樣本為食品業上市公司之27家；最後利用前述方法找出之最佳模式及預估成長率來預測佳格公司八十六年底之普通股實質價值。
