Abstract:	本研究以臺灣的科技產業裡，四個透過專業分工的經營模式成功，成為同業中最具有創新價值的個案為例，包括聯強國際（專業資訊通路業）、臺積電（專業晶圓代工業）、凌揚科技（專業IC設計業）、華碩電腦（專業主機板業），以「專業分工、知識管理與創新之關係」為研究的主軸，探討：1.產業中專業分工的形成原因？2.成功的專業分工廠商的知識管理模？3.廠商專業分工的結果是否有具體的創新？4.專業分工廠商會不會考慮多角化？研究發現如下：
