    Abstract: 單親家庭已是目前主要的家庭型態之一。由於在單親家庭中,只有一位家長負擔生活與教養子女的重擔,因而他們的負荷與壓力比一般雙親家庭要得更多更沈重,值得加以重視與協助。因此作者試圖透過本研究,加以探索單親家長的社會適應情形及支持網路的來源、影響,和探討單親家長的支持網絡與社會適應間之相關情形之外,亦以透過對不同特性的單親家庭之比較,來嘹解其在社會適應、支持網絡及福利需求上的差異情形。
