Title:	台灣教育改革中的「正義」問題研究

Abstract:	鑑於台灣教育改革論中有關正義的討論混淆不清，引發本研究的動機。一般而言，正義問題可區分為法律正義與社會正義二方面，本研究僅就社會正義的範疇加以探討，並將議題焦點指向與教育資源有關的教改論述上。本研究以批判詮釋學的方法試圖回答三個研究問題：一，台灣教改論述中存在有那些有關資源分配的理念（正義理念）？二，這些教改論述中的正義理念是否有明顯的理論依據？三，這些正義理念與正義理論間的內在關連性及邏輯一致性如何？
