Abstract:	本研究旨在了解國民小學級任教師全面品質管理特質班級經營效能的關係。主要目的有五：(一)瞭解國民小學級任教師全面品質管理特質及班級經營的現況。(二)瞭解國民小學級任教師不同背景變項分別在「全面品質管理特質」與「般及經營效能」上之差異情形。(三)瞭解國民小學級任教師「全面品質管理特質」與「般及經營效能」之關係。(四)瞭解「不同背景變項」及「全面品質管理特質」交互作用對「班級經營效能」之影響。(五)瞭解「不同背景變項」及「全面品質管理特質」對「班級經營效能」之預測情形。並根據研究結果提出建議，做為級任教師班級經營之參考。
