    Abstract: 綜合自然環境（Synthetic Natural Environment，SN E）是提供全面綜合的數值擬真自然環境的資料， 其建構與模擬是指對包括陸地、海洋、大氣、空間、電磁在內的整個自然環境隨時間在變動的物理狀 態、特徵和影響的集合數據，它具有完整性、多樣性和一致性的資料描述、模型表示及模擬方式。其 有別於地理資訊系統(Geographic Information System, GIS)，它是忠實記錄原始數據，並是具有時間軸 變動的自然環境資料模型，以建構達成真實數位虛擬地球的目標，讓各界、各領域就如同進行實地調 查般，於同一顆地球上，獲取各自所需之數據。隨著各空間環境資料應用分析及虛擬現實技術的發展、 虛擬實境系統應用領域的不斷擴展，綜合自然環境建模與模擬已成為模擬、分析應用的必然需求，本 研究將針對如何於現有國土資料流通上，建構流通方式，進行測試與方法研究
    Synthetic Natural Environment (SNE) Data Base supplies the natural environmental source to simulate the real nature environment. It contains sources to construct and simulate the states of land, ocean, atmosphere, space and electromagnetic of natural environment. The SNE have properties of integrity, variety and uniformity to describe the nature environment. It is different from Geographic Information System. The SNE records the original data of real nature with timing axis to describe changing natural environment and creates a digital virtual earth to every field to carry on the field investigation and obtain necessary data. The SNE has been applied to simulate and analyze in rapidly developing of virtual reality technology. In this research will devote to national land information exchanging, construct the format and methodology.
