    Title: 以知識轉移及創造模式分析管理知能之成長過程

    Abstract: 為進一步補充知識管理理論及驗証企管教育的效益,本論文以知識轉移及知識創造為主軸,提出一知識形成模式分析企管碩士的管理知能在企研所及企業中的成長過程,並探討其中各變數對個人學習所造成的影響,尤其在組織作為及企研教育方面。在此動機下,本論文首先進行三方面的文獻探討,分別為管理才能發展理論、知識管理理論及學習理論,並提出理論的統整。本論文將此三個理論予以整合為知識及技能,組織作為與個人學習間的聯結關係,以及個人內在心智所進行之學習過程。第三章依照上述理論統整形成研究架構,包括個人學習過程模式及影響此模式運作之外在因素–組織作為。
