Title:	民族與產業－以雲南省德宏傣族景頗族自治州的蔗糖產業與換工為例

Abstract:	本論文的題目是「民族與產業一以雲南省德宏泰景頗族自治州的蔗糖產業與換工為例」。主要探討在德宏州蔗糖產業的發展中，不同民族之生產方式、經營模式與砍蔗活動時勞動組織的異同研究，以及不同的民族在換工模式上不同的運作法則與其之間的異同比較。其次探究德宏州的蔗糖產業對當地民族在經濟生活轉變上的影響，以及不同民族之間的差異。研究方法上，本論文先以整理、分析相關統計數據的方式建構德宏州蔗糖產業的發展歷程，其次再以民族學的田野調查方法，選擇當地三個主要民族作為微觀觀察的個案，分別是三台山鄉幫渥社的漢族村落、三台山鄉珙玖社的景頗族村落、風平鎮斐藍社的傣族村落。
