    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的在探討甄選決策者「對再就業婦女的知覺」、「雇用態度」、「雇用行為」三變項間的關係以及一些甄選決策者個人變項、工作相關經驗與組織變項對此三變項的影響。本研究的受試者為203位服務於民營企業的主管,他們都是有實際參與雇用決策且擔任現職有一年以上的年資。研究工具為針對再就業婦女的「知覺量表」、「態度量表」、「行為檢核表」、「個人基本資料」及「雇用經驗」等五個量表。
