Abstract:	法律服務，係指「一定的個人或團體，對不特定的個人或團體，提供免費或低於一般收費之『各種有助於解決法律問題之法律勞務』的行為」，乃是實現法律之前人人平等之理想的一項重要制度，對於促進各階層民眾平等使用法律（access to the law, access to justice），消除民眾在認知及處理法律事務之障礙因素上，具有重要的社會功能。
