    Title: 一九八○年聯合國國際資物買賣契約公約有關契約締結法之比較研究

    Abstract: 國際貿物買賣法統一運動，自一九三○年由羅馬私法統一國際協會（UNIDORIT）開始倡導以來，迄今五十餘年。其間一九六四年海牙統一締約法（ULF）及統一買賣法（ULIS）可謂代表了第一階段之具體成果。而一九八○年聯合國國際貨物買賣法公約（CISG）則代表第二階段之重大成就；同時在整個公約之制定過程中，一直是以聯合國之組織為基礎。因此，後者更顯示出其世界性與可行性。本論文主要即是以聯合國買賣法公約有關契約締結法之規定為研究對象，比較各國契約法有相關規定；並就其與海牙統一締約法之異同，加以討論。期能對公約規定之解釋與適用，有正確之了解與掌握。
