Title:	海上保險與共同海損之研究

Abstract:	共同海損與單獨海損為海上保險中之主要賠償項目。因為共同海損之性質、要件，甚為特殊、複雜、與單獨海損(火冏)不相同，故而海上保險人對於共同海損之理賠，亦與單獨海損有別。本論文係以共同海損發生之原因為出發點，分別就自然之因素及人為之因素探討共同海損與海上保險之關係。全文分為五章、十四節，共十萬餘字；各章之內容約略如下：
