Abstract:	本研究旨在探討國民小學管理模式與學校效能之關係，其次也探討教師人口變項、學校環境變項對學校效能的影響。因此，所探討的問題計有：(一)國民小學不同的管理模式對學校效能的影響是否具有顯著差異存在？(二)國民小學教師之不同性別、進修情形、服務年資、學歷、年齡、職務所知覺的學校效能是否有顯著差異存在？(三)國民小學不同地區、班級數、創校歷史的學校效能是否有顯著差異存在？(四)國民小學教師的人口變項與不同管理模式對於學校效能是否有交互作用影響？(五)國民小學的環境變項與不同管理模式對學校效能是否有交互作用影響？(六)國民小學教師的人口變項與學校環境變項對學校效能是否有交互作用影響？
