Title:	師範院校大一學生生計決策行為、生計發展取向和職業自我概念的調查與實驗研究 A Study of Correlates of Career Development and Differential Effects of Treatment and Locus of Control on Group Career Interventions

Abstract:	本研究分為調查研究和實驗研究兩部分。調查研究的目的主要係探討內外控信念、情境焦慮、特質焦慮與生計確定程度生計決定滿意度、生計決策行為、生計發展取向和職業自我概念的關係。調查樣本包括省市立師範學院、教育學院、高雄師範學院等三百七十四名大一學生；實驗研究主要目的在評估生計班級輔導和生計團體諮商兩種生計輔導方式，對於不同性別、不同內外控信念學生的各項生計發展有關行為的影響。實驗樣本以教育學院大一學生三班為實驗對象，共計八十八名。 An investigation of career behavior and the effects of state-trait anxiety and locus of control on them was undertaken on a sample of 374 male and female students in teachers` colleges. The analysis of data revealed that the students` scores on Career Decision Scale. Career Orientation Inventory, and Vocational Self-concept Rating Scale were significantly related to their anxiety levels and locus of control. Significant canonical correlations between control variables and criterion variables were found.
