Abstract:	本研究旨在了解我國國民中學校長感受工作壓力的情形；同時，探討社會支持，因應壓力方式在校長工作壓力與工作滿足的關係上所扮演的角色；期望藉由本研究的結果能進一層認識國民中學校長的工作性質，了解其因應壓力的方式，提出減緩工作的方案，進而促進校長身心健康，提高其辦學績效。
