Abstract:	本研究係以文獻分析、問卷調查之研究方法，以SAS統計軟體進行統計分析，以探討「校長教學領導」、「教師工作承諾」、「學校教育成效」三變項之間的關係。根據530位國中教師問卷量表的調查結果，所獲得的主要結論如下：
