摘要:	本研究主要目的在探討國民中學組織衝突、外在壓力、行政決策與學校效能之關係。為達到研究目的，乃依據文獻探討分析，自編「國民中學行政運作調查問卷」作為研究工具，並以我國台灣地區南部台南縣、台南市、高雄縣、高雄市、屏東縣五縣市之國民中學行政人員為研究對象，採分層隨機取樣方法抽取746人進行問卷調查，所蒐集的資料，主要運用積差相關、典型相關、單因子變異數分析、二因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析、徑路分析等統計方法驗證假設。 The main purpose of this study is to explore what the relation on organization conflict, external stress, decision making and school effectiveness are. Based on literature survey, the instrument was self-designed " Administration Operation Inventory in junior high school". There are 746 subjects administrators randomly sampled from 52 Junior High Schools in southern Taiwan, including Tainan county, Tainan city, Kaohsiung county, Kaohsiung city, and Pingtung county.
