Abstract:	本研究之主要目的，乃在於對F.E. Fiedler的權變領導理論，進行泛文化和不同性質團體（學校）的適用性研究，並企圖經由對權變領導理論的理論分析中，進一步導引出權變領導研究的不同研究途徑。由本研究之分析與討論中發現，權變領導理論的研究取向，其實仍有很大的研究發展空間，值得吾人進一步去探索與開拓。
