Abstract:	本研究試圖由Norris和Ennis 的良好思考的構念，探討國小教師創造思考、批判思考及其相關因素間之關係，其主要目的有四：（１）瞭解國小教師創造思考、批判思考之現況；（２）檢證Norris和Ennis 良好思考構念；（３）探討教師人口變項、思考經驗、教學背景變項與創造思考、批判思考之關係；（４）探討國小教師思考與教學行為、學生行為間之關係。
