Title:	兩岸關稅政策之比較研究

Abstract:	中山先生認為不平等條約危害中國最深，其中以外國人控制我國關稅為甚，因此關稅自主是中華民國建國時重要的任務之一。1949年以後兩岸在不同經濟體制下發展關稅政策，以致於關稅結構面及執行面大異其趣，但是為了兩岸統一，雙方面宜先就關稅議題建立溝通管道。本論文就關稅政策、海關實務及國際比較三方面去討論。
