Title:	反傾銷法與公平貿易

Abstract:	歷經關稅暨貿易總協定所推動之多次世界貿易談判，各貿易國關稅已逐漸降低，然貿易國為因應進口品對國內產業所造成之威脅，多以非關稅障礙以遏止進口之衝擊，在各類之非關稅障礙中，又以反傾銷稅之使用較為習見，幾無形中成為關稅之替代措施，惟各貿易國反傾銷法之實施情形，屢招致批評，其中最有爭議者，乃係反傾銷法之立法意旨，應為針對貿易對手國中所產生的不公平行銷行為，然現行反傾銷稅之實施是否必然獲致公平貿易之結果？此即本論文「反傾銷法與公平貿易」之題意及主要探討之方向。
