    摘要: 電信產業在過去是獨佔型的產業,由於產業內為一家獨佔,電信產業當中並沒有存在行銷的議題。在世界各國開啟電信自由化的風潮之後,市場的開放使得競爭出現;而在IP網路整合所有網路的趨勢之下,電信網路產業也出現比以往更多元的企業經營型態。在自由化之後全新的經營環境下,電信產業中企業的行銷策略成為了重要的議題。
