    摘要: 本研究為外部知識取得策略之研究，而以思科系統公司(Cisco Systems Inc.)為研究對象，觀察其在購併以及策略聯盟的行動中，從外部取得的知識，以及購併及策略聯盟對其企業成長的影響。
