    Abstract: 拉斯基生於一八九七年，死於一九五一年。他是一位世界著名的政治思想家，因之，他所汲取的思考資料，決不限一地一隅。研究他思想的人，不能單從某一學校的學風或某一學派的體系來說明他思想形成的過程。在他的一生之中，經過兩次世界大戰，一次蘇俄的共產革命，三次法西斯式的政變，真可說是多變的世局。以他那樣敏感而富有同情心的人，生在這樣的世局，宜乎激動憤慨而不可自己了。研究他政治思想的人，似應著眼於此，則對他的思想，或更能有深刻的認識。茲就拉斯基的家庭，拉斯基的個性及為人，拉斯基的教育及師承，拉斯基的時代來作分別說明。
