Abstract:	<正>在"全球化"和"反全球化"浪潮雙重激蕩的背景之下,東方、東方史與東方學成為國際社會重新關注的焦點。有鑒于此,來自中國大陸、臺灣、香港、澳門和美國、日本、韓國等國家與地區的學者組成了一個真正民間意義上的學術共同體,相約、相助、共創東方外交史研究,并已漸成規模。自2006年10月在外交學院召開全國首屆"東方外交史"學術研討會以來,學界同仁先后以"東方外交與臺灣問題"、"東方外交與朝鮮半島問題"、"東方外交與日
