Title:	台灣社會企業的內涵與範圍圖像建構

Abstract:	社會企業的發展因著各國不同的歷史及環境系絡，使其缺乏一個普遍且精確的定義與認知，這種現象也從社會企業的概念被引進台灣後出現。然而，對於社會企業的模糊認知與不明確的圖像，將會牽涉社會企業與營利部門及政府組織間的互動，並對本身權益造成影響。因此，社會企業應該要如何定義、社會企業中的不同目的應如何衡量，以及歐美的衡量標準是否適用於台灣的社會企業，就成為本文的關注重點。本文透過文獻分析法、問卷調查法，以及深度訪談法，企圖從中瞭解台灣社會企業的範圍、分析台灣不同組織型態的社會企業對社會企業內涵，並給予台灣目前已從事或欲從事社會企業的組織，在未來發展與定位上有一更明確的選擇與參考方向。根據實證研究與統計分析後，得到以下發現：台灣的社會企業較傾向排除企業社會責任；台灣的社會企業認為社會企業的內涵應包含社會目的、經濟目的與創新能力等三個層面。最後，針對非營利組織類型社會企業及公司型社會企業在從事社會企業前與實作時應考量的事項提供建議。
