    Title: 郝敬《春秋非左》述評

    Abstract: 《春秋》學術自漢代始，植基於三傳之上，至中唐啖助、趙匡時提出「駁傳宗經」的解經主張，將漢代至唐的《春秋》「專家之學」變為「通學」，致使「《春秋》具列事實，亦人人可解。一知半見，議論易生」，宋代以至元明，《春秋》之學新義紛呈，各家崢嶸，其間《春秋》新傳注層見迭出，以追求聖人真義、回應時代問題。我們觀察到這些新傳注提出的過程中，學者在論述策略上往往採取「破」與「立」並行的方式，也就是一方面集中攻擊三傳，另一方面提出自己對於《春秋》的見解。其中部分學者批判《左傳》非受經於聖人，或非孔子所稱道之「左丘明」，以消解《左傳》的解經權威地位，作為支持其新說的文獻與理論依據。因此，若梳理、掌握他們對於《左傳》的批評，我們可以就其所「破」，以反觀其所欲「立」；另一方面，這種消解《左傳》權威的辨論，雖然出於主觀的目的，但是在辨解分析過程中，亦能對於《左傳》本身的問題，提出若干有價值的意見。本文選擇明代郝敬《春秋非左》一書進行析論，希望通過他對於《左傳》的批評，疏理其《春秋》學理論脈絡，以嘗試呈現宋代以後「破《左傳》」、「立己說」《春秋》學術發展的一個面相。同時也將客觀檢視郝氏所論、所駁的有效性，以檢討其《春秋》學術的價值與限制。
