Title:	管理決策與企業成長：正新橡膠公司

Abstract:	創業二十九年來，正新公司營業額成長將近一千倍，資本額成長八百三十三倍，其中百分之九十四來自盈餘轉增資，可謂創造國內企業市場開拓、技術與資金自主的傳奇。 1995 年正新公司臺灣五個廠共有員工兩千六百多人，營業額六十九億新臺幣，稅前盈餘八億七千萬元。 1991 年轉投資設立的大陸廈門廠，現有員工兩千四百餘人，短短五年之間不但年營業額已高達二十億新臺幣，稅前盈餘亦有兩億七千萬元。 1993 年，該公司進一步在上海昆山市籌設新廠， 1995 年底並接受日本東洋橡膠公司參與投資，總投資金額高達七千兩百萬美元，其中，正新投資五千萬美元，持股比例百分之七十；上海廠預計 1997 年上半年投產，目標為同時擁有世界水準的經濟規模工廠及輪胎測試場。此外，正新亦準備在東南亞國家設廠，以掌握成長市場的契機及穩定天然橡膠的原料來源，而菲律賓可能是正新的第一選擇。
