Abstract:	社會環境的快速變遷，致使學校舊有的思維與運作模式已不足回應教育革新的需求，唯有透過持續的學習與不斷的創新，方能創造更佳的辦學績效，因此，組織學習與組織創新係成為學校組織發展的重要策略。本研究旨在瞭解新竹縣市地區國民小學組織學習與組織創新的現況與分析兩者之間的關係，透過文獻探討與問卷調查法，並使用敘述統計、積差相關、迴歸分析與結構方程模式進行資料分析，研究發現如下：1.新竹縣市國民小學組織學習與組織創新的現況尚稱良好。2.組織學習與組織創新具有高度正相關。3.學校的組織學習確實有助於組織創新。根據上述結論，本研究提出具體建議，以供學校發展策略之參考。
