Title:	中小學校長評鑑層面初構

Abstract:	在愈來愈重視績效的現代，評鑑成為必要，教育評鑑亦不例外。現今各大學院校必須接受系所評鑑，各國民中小學也必須接受校務評鑑，以使教育主管機關了解學校效能。在各種教育評鑑的發展下，近來亦開始探討人員的評鑑，例如：教師評鑑;校長評鑑等，以確保學校教育人員的專業與品質。2012年10月11日，行政院通過《教師法》修正草案，提供教師評鑑法源依據。目前，已有試辦之教師專業發展評鑑，因此，亦可考量規劃與推行校長評鑑。
