The main findings of this study: There is the significant correlation between teachers’ job satisfaction and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior. And the school level, the number of the sample, and the sample ratio of men are found as the significant moderators between teachers’ job satisfaction and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior.
