Abstract: | 繁衍幾千年,地球上的人口翻了幾百翻,都是因為一口鍋!討論飲食時,鮮少有人討論烹調工具。其實,工具才是決定人類吃什么、怎么吃的重要關鍵。就拿煮湯這件事說吧,要是您家里開火的話,煮鍋湯倒也相當容易。不論使得是天然氣爐、電爐,用的是鐵鍋、鋁鍋,只要鍋里放水,爐火一開,不消多久,水便沸騰,無論葷腥或是蔬菜,都是一鍋湯。要簡單的也有,拿方便面、罐頭或冷凍食品往鍋要簡單的也有, 拿方便麵、 罐頭或冷凍食品往鍋裡下, 也是一鍋, 都能飽人。 |
