Abstract: | 食物內容改變的速度遠大于身體結構改變的速度,身體不勝負荷,因此只能活到中壽。代人飽食之余,要想活得久些,活得健康些,就得講究養生。有機飲食也因此逐漸成為一種社會議題,君不見:各地都有"現代陶淵明",采菊東籬,種豆南山。現代人打算從事有機栽培并不簡單,先決條件當然是不施無機化學肥料,不噴灑殺蟲劑。這些陶淵明們先找塊地,改造土質,除去化學 影響 , 接著開始栽種。眼見著開花結果,仍得防著蟲害。收成之際,看到的盡是些其貌不揚的果子, 皺巴巴的蔬菜。 |
