Abstract:	本文考察了地方激勵因素在海峽兩岸經濟互動中的重要性。作者認為,全球化力量業已改變了政府的權力和海峽兩岸經濟交往中的政企關系。首先,對于不同水平和不同部門的政府機構,在分析時應當加以區分。其次,與早期的兩岸經濟交往相比,臺灣企業在建立全球化聯盟開發大陸市場方面,扮演著更加獨立的角色。最后,政治因素仍然在企業與政府的互動發揮著關鍵因素。
