Abstract:	從1983年至今,家心幼兒園在幼兒人數、行政組織、教學特色、規章制度、成本和師資隊伍等方面均有顯著變化。從生態系統理論視角看,家心幼兒園內部的變化與外部環境,如人口、經濟、政策法令等的變化相關。從家心幼兒園的發展變化看,與幼教有關的機構和人員各自的定位、市場取向對專業取向的影響、人力資源管理、幼托整合、成本核算、幼教師資職前與在職進修、政策法令的影響力等問題值得深入探討。
