    Abstract: 以學定教的課堂評價與教學改進,是"教學創新"課程改革運動的核心關鍵,它包括"學生學習""教師教學""課室歷程"與"教學反思"四個方面的課堂評價與教學改進策略核心工作任務圖。"學生學習"方面可經由"學習地圖→學習方法→學習知識→學習活動→學習歷程→學習成效"的理論,"教師教學"方面可經由"教學效能→教學品管→教學模式→學習活動→教學歷程→學習成效"的理論,"課室歷程"方面可經由"教學效能→教學品管→教學模式→學習活動→學習模式→課室管理"的理論,"教學反思"方面可經由"Plan→Doing→Check→Action→Reflect"的理論,探討以學定教的課堂評價與教學改進策略,并可藉由精進教師的教學與學生的學習,推動課堂評價與教學改進,實現"穩定中求發展""發展中求進步""進步中求創新""創新中求永續"的教師專業能力的提升。
