Abstract:	標準化的范疇與要求一個連鎖加盟體系的品牌力量可以用"品牌力量=系統標準化+一致性"來表示。連鎖加盟體系的門店系統標準化需要從多個方面進行,包括企業識別標志、店面設計與裝修、人員紀律、顧客服務體系、商品組合與陳列、價格形象、營銷文宣等。
