| Abstract: | 儒家文化乃兩岸共同的文化基礎,近年來,大陸推行尊孔的政策,將可拉近兩岸的距離,並可藉此探討雙方合作的可能性。2011年元旦ＥＣＦＡ生效,兩岸關係得以進一步發展,接著在文化交流方面,更可以大力發揮,以便增進理解與建立共識,並為未來的兩岸關係打好基礎與創造條件。近年來,中西方對於人權與價值的爭論熾烈,相形之下,我方的話語權仍顯纖弱。但是,目前大陸政府在國際上向許多國家提供紓困協助,對於世界的和平與發展已做出重大貢獻,這是否顯現中國特色社會主義的優勢？這也使得西方國家錯愕頓足,一方面需要大陸的支持,另方面還批評中國的人權與價值問題,已陷入一個難以自圓其說的困境。 |
