    Abstract: 在企業組織中,主管扮演著重要的管理者角色,是單位或團體成功的關鍵要素,他可能同時具有職場八卦的目標對象與參與者的雙重角色。因此,本研究將從主管的角度出發,採取跨層級的研究觀點,探討主管職場八卦對團體效能(團體合作行為、團體認同及團體有能感)及個人效能(團體導向自尊及員工心理有能感)的作用效果,並說明主管八掛傳遞行為(正向八卦或負向八卦)可能受到主管-部屬關係品質的影響,而部屬接收到主管不同屬性的八卦內容,其對主管的評價及對主管的八卦行為也可能有所不同。本研究期冀藉由跨層級的整合分析,提出主管職場八卦的效用理論,用以強化職場八卦研究的領域知識。
