    Abstract: 本研究以台灣光纖網通配備品牌作為個案研究對象,探討台灣中小型企業於利基定位下的國際市場進入策略及擴張策略。本論文透過研究個案公司之區位選擇、進入模式、進入策略及國外組織的管理,並比較個案公司之北歐瑞典及亞洲越南和印尼的國際市場進入及擴張策略之成功及失敗,從中歸納出適合台灣中小企業進入國際市場時的重要管理意涵。

    本研究發現,個案公司雖然擁有核心技術,有能力開發差異化產品、發展區域在地化行銷能力,然其組織及資本無法如國際大型企業進行大額國際投資,以及經營國際政商關係。因此,擁有技術作為核心能耐的中小型企業,在有限資源下欲進行國際擴張,目標市場的市場開放程度、政府清廉程度及產業結構完整程度等外部環境因素,是決策的關鍵因子。此外,就組織管理而言,本研究也指出中小企業必須發展出一套靈活具彈性的國際擴張策略,以發展全球在地化策略進入國際市場。
