    Abstract: 本文嘗試從宗教性的角度,以及現今學界對於儒家宗教性面向、意義的界定,重新看待荀子思想中的「天」與「禮」。目前學界對儒家宗教性的討論不斷深化,提供研究者進一步討論的基礎,有其貢獻;另一方面,意義的界定則可以鬆動,有助儒家宗教性的多元呈現。宗教性的談法,就人天生具有的前提下,探討荀子思想的宗教性。筆者關注的焦點:荀子在面對例如「天道」、「死亡」這一類非現實中可完全掌握、理解的議題,有專論〈天論〉、〈禮論〉二篇,值得探討箇中原由,從宗教性的角度,盼能更進入荀子的思想世界。
