    摘要: 世界環境不斷變遷,近年來金融海嘯,環境變化異常,每個人都開始追求符合永續型態的健康生活LOHAS,希望找到新的生活契機,且讓環境與經濟共存的方法。本論文以義大利橄欖油商奧利塔公司為例,研究橄欖油產業之環境永續發展,以奧利塔公司為例,找出該產業環境永續發展策略,須先針對橄欖油產業從內部到外部環境進行宏觀分析,找出符合環境、經濟、社會、技術共存的永續發展方向,再使用麥克.波特(SWOT)及五力分析進行奧利塔公司內部分析,深入瞭解該公司在橄欖油產業之競爭力分析,並結合產品生命週期評估product lifecycle management (PLM)、廢棄物專案整合管理(IWMP)工具,深入瞭解橄欖油生產過程所產生之廢棄物對環境的影響,以更具體說明「奧利塔公司之橄欖油產業環境永續發展策略」。希望透過奧利塔公司為案例,找到橄欖油產業環境永續發展方向,進而影響其他相關產業,走向低負擔的永續生活型態。
    Changing world environment in recent years, climate change, and everyone began to pursue a healthy life style consistent with sustainable LOHAS, hoping to find a new life opportunity, and environmental and economic co-exist for the method. In this thesis, use Smile Curve and learning theory of Olive Oil Industry (OOI) to establish sustainable development of the subject, and reference environmental analysis(PEST) from internal to external macro- environment analysis to identify consistent with environmental, economic, social, technical co-existence of sustainable development, and use the Porter SWOT analysis within of OOI, BCG, the Smile Curve to confirm the trend. In order to specific OOI environmental sustainable development strategy, thus use the Porter value chain theory to integrating suppliers, enterprise, channel and consumer value chain, and base on product lifecycle management(PLM), Integrated Waste Management Project (IWMP) and new marketing new model(CCDVTP) management tools. Through the framework, to fulfill a good practical application of related industries in Taiwan, to develop the industry towards sustainable development way can be used the OOI environmental sustainable development strategy.
