    Title: 台灣健康管理事業商業模式之探討

    Abstract: 進入21世紀,隨著經濟國界藩籬的逐漸消失,全球化的影響深入各項產業,不僅僅是國際化的企業,連醫療產業也必須面臨國際化的挑戰。市場趨勢與消費型態開始出現巨大的變化,以往醫療是屬於區域性的行為,客戶大多只在居住地區尋求醫療服務,但如今國際化醫療需求越來越多,許多歐美人士紛紛到亞太地區尋求醫療服務,亞太各國的醫療產業商業模式也就跟著改變,例如:目前亞太各國紛紛在推廣的觀光醫療就是不同於以往的醫療經營模式。反觀台灣醫療產業,雖具有許多高難度手術成功案例或權威臨床研究,並在國際醫學界頗負盛名,然而,若仍只是維持傳統的醫病範疇,就可能會出現被邊緣化的情況。因此,台灣健康管理產業的未來發展成為刻不容緩的重要議題。
    本研究以整理相關文獻資料為主要研究方法,並結合策略管理模型與商業模式理論,針對台灣健康管理產業做綜合分析。結果清楚展現了台灣健康管理產業所具備的競爭優勢,並且提出創新商業模式的具體建議。
    本研究認為台灣健康管理產業的商業模式必須創新,應以提供非侵入式醫療服務作為經營主體,針對客戶需求提供客製化的健康管理服務,同時策略性整合觀光相關行業作為行銷資源,例如:旅行業、飯店業、餐飲服務業、金融服務業、物流運輸業、媒體、航空業等等,發展深具台灣特色的觀光醫療。另外,政府除了設置國際醫療專區,同時也應運用國家資源,以國家地區為主體對象,加強國際行銷,提昇台灣健康管理產業的國際知名度,從而提高台灣健康管理產業的國家經濟產值。
    In the 21st century, due to gradually disappearing economic boundaries between countries, both international and domestic corporations face the globalization challenges. Corporations in the health management industry are not excluded. Accordingly, health management corporations need to create an innovative business model which can increase the competitiveness.
    After studying business model theories and related references of Taiwan health management industry, this paper concludes that corporations in health management industry have to form strategic alliance with companies in different business sectors, such as combining Taiwanese culture-related features with the high-end health management services. Specifically, the corporations should provide clients with non-invasive medical services in hotels featuring Taiwanese culture during a culture-intensive and relaxing sight-seeing vacation. In addition, the government should also strengthen international marketing and promote the culture-related alliance in order to improve image of health management industry in Taiwan.
