    Title: 醫療器材代理商資源佈局個案分析
    A case study on resource configurations of medical equipment dealer

    Abstract: 在各國陸續推動相關醫療改革政策下,醫療器材產業的市場規模不斷擴大,也創造更多醫療器材的市場機會。我國人口年齡結構老化情形已趨嚴重,更擴大對醫療器材及相關保健產品的需求,其中與老齡化社會相關之腎臟病、心血管疾病、糖尿病等新陳代謝相關科別之醫療器材需求亦日趨重要。本研究旨在透過個案研究的方式,深入研析國內某醫療器材代理商,了解代理商資源佈局中,環境、策略、競爭優勢間的演化過程,驗證演化理論於實務上之適用性,最後並提出廠商進行資源佈局之演化過程中應有之思維架構,提供醫療相關產業公司在檢視環境變異下思辨邏輯之參考。
    藉由個案研究法,本研究以縱斷面研究方式,採取檔案分析與深度訪談兩種資料蒐集方式,追蹤個案公司自1989年成立至2013年間資源佈局之演化過程。藉由三階段的演化過程分析,本研究釐清個案公司在資源佈局過程中,面對環境變異的關鍵因子、資源佈局主要的調整內涵,以及因該資源佈局下對核心能耐的建構與強化的影響。研究結果指出,醫療代理商資源佈局之關鍵性環境變異因子包含:政府全民保險政策、市場規模、同業競爭動態等三項;而醫療器材代理商因應這些環境變異因子採取的策略思維則朝向:產品線與產品力強化、目標市場擴增,以及產業價值鏈延伸的垂直整合策略等三項;在核心能耐演化方面,供應商管理能力、通路服務能力、客戶夥伴關係管理能力、通路設置、業務行銷能力等,為醫療代理商於策略演化過程中,資源建構與能力強化之所在。
