    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探究國民小學校長知識領導、教師專業發展學校智慧資本之線性結構關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺北市、新北市與基隆市48所公立國民小學教師為研究對象。問卷調查結果採用結構方程模式進行分析。主要發現與結論如下:一、國民小學「校長知識領導」對促進「教師專業發展」具有顯著直接效果;二、國民小學「教師專業發展」對提高「學校智慧資本」有顯著直接效果;三、校長知識領導可透過整體教師專業發展之中介作用,間接正向影響學校智慧資本,而對其有所助益。本研究並提出相關建議,以供有關教育單位參考。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the linear structural relationships of principals’ knowledge leadership, teachers’ professional development, and school intellectual capital in the public elementary schools. Literature analysis and questionnaire survey were utilized in this study. Subjects from forty-eight public elementary schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City were randomly chosen in this study. Collected data were analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM). The major findings of this study included: (1) Principals’ knowledge leadership had direct effect on teachers’ professional development in elementary schools. (2) Teachers’ professional development had direct effect on school intellectual capital in elementary schools. (3) Tested by the mediated-effects model, it was found that principals’ knowledge leadership had significant indirect effects on school intellectual capital mediated by the teachers’ professional development of the public elementary schools. Based on the major findings, several related recommendations were made for the school administrators.
