Abstract:	兩岸經貿關係的發展自上世紀8 0年代即已開展，雙方經貿的交流有增無減，迄今兩岸之間的貿易已達千億美元以上，臺商赴陸投資亦達七百多億美元的規模，對兩岸的經貿成長均有貢獻。近年來，受到中國大陸產業政策的轉變及一連串保障勞工及環保的經貿法規出台，再加上最近全球金融風暴的影響，使為數眾多的中小型臺商在大陸的營運遭到嚴峻的挑戰，生存也面臨困境。為了解決此問題，兩岸政府均提供相關的協助與優惠政策，但企業融資的問題卻仍無法到位，亟需兩岸協商提供適度的資金支援，以協助臺商的轉型與升級。今年5 2 0之後，國民黨政府上台，兩岸兩會重啟談判，國共第4次經貿論壇也於今年1 2月下旬舉行，兩岸經貿在開啟大三通之後，關係更為密切。在此狀況之下，我們也不得不思考中共的對臺經貿策略及我方應變之道。本文基本上先闡述兩岸經貿的現況與轉變，其次對臺商投資大陸的困境與挑戰做一論述，接著探討中共對臺經貿政策及兩岸經貿談判及其可能對臺灣經貿的影響。
