Abstract: | ERP使用及未來發展之研究-以臺灣企業為例 This study tries to understand current impacts and future use of ERP systems in Taiwan. Data about ERP use are collected from top 500 enterprises in Taiwan. Five dimensions of ERP benefits are applied to analyze the ERP effects after years of implementation. The five dimensions are: operational benefits, managerial benefits, strategic benefits, IT infrastructure benefits and organizational benefits. The analyzed results reveal the continuous benefits in the five dimensions. The results also show that benefits of different dimensions have different growing patterns during years of adoption. In the meantime, with the evolvement of cloud services, Cloud ERP has also turned a new page in the industry. This study provides additional data about enterprises’ intention of moving up to Cloud ERP services. It also sheds the light on reasons and concerns about Cloud ERP adoption. 1.
